I had the most very nice stay at the Resort Hotel Alex in Zermatt. The hotel is unique and full of character, unlike any other corporate hotel I've stayed in. The location is perfect, right in the center of town but still quiet and peaceful. The views from my room were amazing, with a balcony overlooking the town and the nice Matterhorn. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean with a large bath tub. I loved spending time in the hotel's bar and lounge area, it had such a cozy and cute atmosphere. my experience at the Resort Hotel Alex was great, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a nice and enjoyable stay.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center and next to the train station. It was so convenient to walk everywhere and explore the city. The restaurant on-site was top-notch, offering delicious food cooked to perfection on the grill. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff always ready to assist. The room was comfortable and clean, and the turn-down service was a nice touch. The swimming pool and spa area were a real treat, and I even indulged in a relaxing massage. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, location, and quality service.

The spa was great, with a jacuzzi bath. The bar area had good cocktails. The room had a fantastic view of the city. The lounge area had cozy corners and art. The pool was large for swimming.
