I had the most very nice stay at the Resort Hotel Alex in Zermatt. The hotel is unique and full of character, unlike any other corporate hotel I've stayed in. The location is perfect, right in the center of town but still quiet and peaceful. The views from my room were amazing, with a balcony overlooking the town and the nice Matterhorn. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean with a large bath tub. I loved spending time in the hotel's bar and lounge area, it had such a cozy and cute atmosphere. my experience at the Resort Hotel Alex was great, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a nice and enjoyable stay.

The location, just around the corner from the main station and a short walk to ski hire facilities and the mountain train, was convenient.
